The house is 120 sq m (about 1200sq ft) it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms on two floors.

The location is perfect for sea lovers. The distance from the sea is just 100meters (300 ft).

At the beach you will find for free lifeguard, showers, shades and a restaurant.

This beach is Israel's center for wind surfing and is regarded as a nature reservation.

The house is about 400 meters (1/4 mile) from the main Road between Tel Aviv and Haifa.

Nathanya is about 7 km (4 Miles) to the south and Caesaria is about 14 km to the north.

The location provides easy access to touristic attractions such as the roman archeological port city of Caesaria the Bahai temples of Acre and Haifa.

Due to its location, it is very easy to explore the rest of Israel from the house.
Places such as Acre from the crusaders era and numerous market arcades, Haifa with the beautiful Baha'i center and the golden dome, Jerusalem (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRJGVSlX8c0)
, the Sea of Galilei, Megido "Armageddon" and the Dead sea are all within reach.

A visit to Israel is a visit to the history of our culture.

We also have plenty of private parking for us and for guests.

The balconies, The Garden and the roof are the focus of being in Beit Yanay.

The yard is where we spend most of the time, socializing with friends, dining, drinking and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. (A large gas grill is available for BBQ.)

Being on the roof is relaxing and it provides a sailing feeling with cool summer breeze. Our guests do not miss the sunsets from the roof.

On the beach expect plenty of activities such as sun bathing, swimming, windsurfing and enjoying walks. The beach is sandy with gold color and it has just the right temperature.

During the late afternoons we enjoy a relaxing stroll along the seashore, it is our "stress relief" either north along the shore or south along a cliff.

Far enough, but not too far. There is a well established village. There you will find most services of a town. Including: small shopping mall, two supermarkets and a filling station.
you can walk there but you could also use our bicycle.

In addition to the shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs at the Mall the filling station has its own center like a mini Mall, over there you will find an ice cream parlor, coffee shop and two restaurants.
