Castellamare is an ancient fishers village, 35 Km far away from Palermo airport. The village is near Zingaro natural reserve, ancient Scopello fishing-grounds for tunny, Erice and San Vito lo Capo.

The Villa hasn't scales, the garden has trees, flowers and typical mediterranean plants. The place is quite silent.
