Adjacent to the residential area are a wealth of restaurants, theatres, shops and entertainment venues collectively known as CityPlace. The residential complex, known as the Courtyards in CityPlace, are unique in providing a setting that draws on the best elements of big city living, convenience and style! The low rise architecture and substantial green space provide a tranquil setting when you need a change of pace from an active day at the shops and restuarants. Walking a few steps north you will find the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, two world class restaurants, a Barnes & Noble and the new Convention Center where you might take in an antique, fine arts or boat show. A few steps south you can get your day started at the Starbuck’s before some shopping at Macy’s-Burdines, Ann Taylor, Williams & Sonoma or any of a number of shops in CityPlace. For lunch you might choose to enjoy the sidewalk tables at Bellagio (or any of the other dozen or so CityPlace restaurants) and finish off with a visit to The Cheesecake Factory. Recharged, you can then hop on the Trolley or horse drawn carriage to Clematis Street for additional shopping, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Other entertainment possibilities at CityPlace include the Improv Comedy Club, music at the Harriet Theater and a twenty screen Muvico. A short car ride or an ambitious walk can take you to Worth Ave. the ocean and beaches, the intercoastal, the Norton Museum of the Arts, or the historical Henry Flagler Museum. Recreational opportunites and amenities at the Residences include a large pool and hot tub with new teak lounge chairs; high speed internet at poolside; a fitness center with all new Cybex equipment; a clubhouse with concierge and guest valet parking, and a well appointed library/bar/sitting area and media room. Rental.Location: Just east of 95 on Okeechobee Blvd. We welcome up to 4 guests at our vacation rental, with: * 1 Bedroom (1 BR) * 1 Bathroom (1 BA) * 1 King Bed * 1 Pullout Sofa Rental Includes: All amenities listed, local phone provided, long distance calls must be made with calling or credit card. All utilities and HOA fees included Tenant is responsible for all electrical bill charges that exceed an average of $150.00 per month. RENTAL FEES: 6 Months +: $2,100 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply) 3 to 5 Months: $2,400 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply) 1 to 2 Months: $2,700 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply) Seasonal: $4,500 If you book a four month seasonal you can start on the exact day of the month you wish! All seasonal contracts must be paid in full thirty days prior to occupancy. Seasonal contracts cancelled 90 or more days in advance are entitled to 50% of their deposit back; inside of this 90 day period, the entire deposit is forfeited. Note: During non-prime season; monthly rentals can usually be extended on a weekly basis, should the extension reach an additional month, the monthly price will apply. Occasionally, seasonal rentals may also be extended by the week, depending of course upon current bookings. Deposit: A 25% deposit (of the entire rental amount) or $1,000; which ever is less, is required for all non-seasonal rentals to reserve a property. This is returned within 10 days of vacating the property. All seasonable deposits must be $1,000 plus a full month’s rent. A reservation can be held with a Visa or Mastercard; followed immediately by a check. |
