This lovely house has everything you need for a perfect Tahoe vacation (winter or summer)! The big great room boasts a flat screen TV with DVD player, a gas fire place, a beautiful kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is also on the main level and it has a king bed and a TV with DVD and a full bath.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms-- one with a queen and a small TV and one with twins. There is a full bath downstairs. The deck off the living area has a gas barbecue and deck furniture. The downstairs deck off the Queen bedroom has a hot tub.

The back yard has a wonderful fire pit surrounded by chairs with a bocce ball court and a horseshoe pit. The house is located on a street the dead ends into Sugar Point Point State Park.
