Circle Bay Yacht Club is an established adult community located on the south fork of the St. Lucie River. This fully equipped 2nd floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The screened balcony overlooks the boat basin and has a southern exposure. This 3-story building has an elevator for ease of access. "In house" activities includes: swimming, yoga classes, water aerobics, boatacades to shore-side restaurants, cookouts, tennis at nearby courts and weekly social hour to meet your neighbors. Just thirty minutes north of Palm Beach Airport.

Rental Location:
Located on the south fork of the St. Lucie River in Stuart, Florida.

We welcome up to 6 guests at our vacation rental, with:

* 2 Bedrooms (2BR)
* 2 Bathrooms (2BA)
* 1 King Bed
* 2 Twin/Single Beds
* 1 Sofa Bed

Rental Includes:
All amenities listed, local phone provided, long distance calls must be made with calling or credit card. All utilities and HOA fees included Tenant is responsible for all electrical bill charges that exceed an average of $150.00 per month.

RENTAL FEES:
Weekly Non-Prime: $600 per week (May thru November)
Weekly Prime: $1,000 per week (Dec. thru April)
6 Months +: $1,100 per month
3 to 5 Months: $1,300 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
1 to 2 Months: $1,500 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
Seasonal: $2,200 per month (Seasonal rates apply from Dec thru April)

If you book a four month seasonal you can start on the exact day of the month you wish! All seasonal contracts must be paid in full thirty days prior to occupancy. Seasonal contracts cancelled 90 or more days in advance are entitled to 50% of their deposit back; inside of this 90 day period, the entire deposit is forfeited. Note: During non-prime season; monthly rentals can usually be extended on a weekly basis, should the extension reach an additional month, the monthly price will apply. Occasionally, seasonal rentals may also be extended by the week, depending of course upon current bookings.

Deposit:
A 25% deposit (of the entire rental amount) or $1,000; which ever is less, is required for all non-seasonal rentals to reserve a property. This is returned within 10 days of vacating the property. All seasonable deposits must be $1,000 plus a full month’s rent. A reservation can be held with a Visa or Mastercard; followed immediately by a check.
