Cancellation Policy: Dates cannot be held until we receive a completed Reservation Confirmation form and a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable (less a 15% reservation fee) until 30 days before arrival. To be fair, we accept reservations on a first come basis. The remaining balance on the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival in less you made prior arraingmet with owner. This balance is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the property during the same period.

Deposits: A $650 Security Deposit by authorization on a major credit card is required 10 days prior to arrival in less you made prior arraingment with the owner. This security deposit is refundable providing no damage was made to the property during your stay.

Other Fees: A $200 Cleaning Fee is required for each rental.
