Enjoy the luxury of our formal lounge and adjoining dining room, complimented by our fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast area and a comfortable family room with 32" TV, Video, DVD and Microsoft X Box. Three bedrooms (one King with 24" TV and DVD, one double and one twin), two full bathrooms, master with his and hers vanities, bath and large walk in shower.

South facing fully screened pool deck with 50ft lanai, large table, 6 chairs, 6 loungers and gas BBQ. Watch beautiful sunsets over the canal every evening from your own private electrically heated pool, you can even fish from the canal at the bottom of your very own sunshine retreat.

Rotonda is located near to Englewood in Charlotte county.
The community is made up of residential homes built within a nature reserve and boasts, lakes, 4 golf courses and a community park with Tennis courts and picnic area.
Rotonda is ideally situated on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
It is close to all the attractions that the region has to offer.
Whether you want the fast pace of the many theme parks or a relaxing siesta on the beach then this has it all.
Explore the Real Florida with trips to the Everglades and the many other nature reserves and State parks nearby.
Kayak through the waterways and get close to nature or take a boat trip and watch the wildlife - Dolphins, Manatees, Osprey and eagle to name a few.
