Renting 50% below Resort rates, Our privately owned, newly renovated and furnished one, two, three, or four bedroom and bath condominium suite features a new, fully-equipped kitchen, color cable TV's, VCR's and quiet overhead fans in all rooms. Beautiful Hawaiian silk arrangements will greet you, wonderful wall hangings, very upgraded furniture, as well as top of the line beds/bedding and toweling for your enjoyment. This non-smoking unit is just as affordable for one couple as for eight persons. You will always be the only person/group in the unit no matter what your rental needs are. From your oceanside lanais, you will enjoy views as far as your eyes can see and sunsets that are unbelievable until seen. Our condominium is truly "Five-star" even though we rent 50% below the resort rack rates as we haven't their overhead to consider.
At the village-style Princeville Shopping Center you will find snacks bars to fine dining, evening entertainment, a grocery store, specialty shops, gasoline, banking, a library, and a medical clinic.
