This lovely two bedroom, two bath home is tucked into a private wooded area right in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens malls, shopping, the beaches and the intracoastal. Has a nice bed and breakfast feel with a great pool featuring half sun, half shade, a private screened porch, and another cozy seating area around the side.

Rental Location:
on Prosperity Farms Rd. between PGA Blvd. and Donald Ross Rd.

We welcome up to 4 guests at our vacation rental, with:

* 2 Bedrooms (2 BR)
* 2 Bathroom (2 BA)
* 2 Queen Bed

Rental Includes:
All amenities listed, local phone provided, long distance calls must be made with calling or credit card. All utilities and HOA fees included Tenant is responsible for all electrical bill charges that exceed an average of $150.00 per month.

RENTAL FEES:
Weekly Non-Prime: $1,200 per week (May thru November)
Weekly Prime: $1,600 per week (Dec. thru April)
6 Months +: $2,100 per month
3 to 5 Months: $2,400 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
1 to 2 Months: $2,700 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
Seasonal: $4,500 per month

Deposit:
A 25% deposit (of the entire rental amount) or $1,000; which ever is less, is required for all non-seasonal rentals to reserve a property. This is returned within 10 days of vacating the property. All seasonable deposits must be $1,000 plus a full month’s rent. A reservation can be held with a Visa or Mastercard; followed immediately by a check.
