* 2 Twin Beds

Rental Includes:
All amenities listed, local phone provided, long distance calls must be made with calling or credit card. All utilities and HOA fees included Tenant is responsible for all electrical bill charges that exceed an average of $150.00 per month.

RENTAL FEES:
Weekly Non-Prime: $2,100 (May thru November)
Weekly Prime: $2,800 (Dec. thru April)
6 Months +: $3,600 per month
3 to 5 Months: $4,800 per month (Except from Dec.thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
1 to 2 Months: $6,000 per month (Except from Dec.thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
Seasonal: $10,000 (from Dec.thru April)

Deposit:
A 25% deposit (of the entire rental amount) or $1,000; which ever is less, is required for all non-seasonal rentals to reserve a property. This is returned within 10 days of vacating the property. All seasonable deposits must be $1,000 plus a full month’s rent. A reservation can be held with a Visa or Mastercard; followed immediately by a check.
