Our Stunning Villa, on the superb gated community of the Manors Westridge which is situated in the idealic part of thr Highway 27 close to shops, resturants, golf courses in abundance and the attractions ar just 12 minutes away.

Our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, (over 2300 sq.ft of living space) has separate dining room with large extendable table enought to seat 8 - 10 people.

The large kitchen with fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, large cooker, and ample crockery etc.
There is a breakfast nook for informal dining overlooking the pool area.

The spacious living area with 17 ft vaulted ceilings consists of 52" TV, ample seating space including queen sleeper sofa, three seateer and another 2 seater sofa.
Leading off from the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite with separate shower, vanity unit, garden tub, large walk in closet, separate WC.

This oversized bedroom has queen size size bed, ceiling fan and cable TV.
There is a futher double room with bathroom oposite large closet and TV.


Upstairs we have a, computer with Internet.
We have three bedrooms upstairs with bathroom with bath/shower, WC and vanity unit.
The bedrooms are three twin rooms tasteful decorated including our animal bedroom and a disney bedroom. All have TV's and large closets.

There is also a PS2 free to use with selection of games.

We have ample spare linen, towels and beach towels.

In the garage there is pool table, Airhockey, dart board, and TV.

Our Pool area is extended with ample seating and sunbeds and plenty of room around the pool area which also has a coverd lanai with ceiling fan perfect place to cool down on a hot day. The pool area is not overlooked and has the sun shining on it all day.

The pool doors have extra locks and alarms for child safety.

The house offers free local long distance and overseas telephone calls.
We also have highchair, stroller and travel crib free to use.
We have a selection of books, games, PS2 games and DVD's free for your use.
Our home has everything to make that perfect holiday.

The estate is looked after by a HOA meaning all the estate is well kept and offers a clubhouse with fitness room, tv's and communal pool. ON the orginal westridge there is also a childrens playground etc.
