Payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. All Major Credit Cards and checks accepted. Your credit card is kept on file as a security deposit.
Loss, excessive breakage, or damage will be taken from your security deposit.

The home is clean upon guest arrival and will be cleaned after your eparture.
Excessive cleaning (beyond the normal) will be charged to your credit card @ $30.00 per room. You will be informed of the excess charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a $100.00 cancellation fee.
No refunds for cancellations 14 days or less to arrival
