Our beautifully decorated home is a 4 bedroom 3 baths villa in the picturesque area of Crescent Lakes in Florida. It backs into a conservation lot for ultimate privacy. It has 2 large living areas; a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and the use of a private outdoor heated oversized swimming pool and pool deck in a tranquil location yet close enough to all major attractions. Crescent Lakes Kissimmee is a residential community 8 to 10 minutes from Hwy 192 approx 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney, and within easy access to all other major attractions, shopping, dining and the many golf courses in and around Central Florida. Our home is fully equipped with high speed wireless internet access, cable TV in all the bed rooms, free phone calls within the USA and Canada. There is a wide range of games in the games room for days when the Floridian heavens open. Our home is maintained to a high standard by a friendly local Management Company.

Crescent Lakes enjoys an enviable position located adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve. Dahlia Reserve is a private community located within this development. Our villa is conveniently located within easy reach of all of Florida's famous theme parks and numerous shops and restaurants. A large Publix supermarket is a short five minute drive away for all your essential needs. Being in Kissimmee you will also be in easy reach of the atmospheric Old Town famous for its Friday night parade of classic Cadillacs and retro-themed shops and restaurants
highway 192 is 10 minutes away, where all the restaurants are, there is a petting farm 5 minutes away, gas station nearby, & we are equidistant from 2 super Walmarts.
The pool is heated & has a cover. Pool heating is recommended
between the months of November to April.
