Throughout the Lakeside Golf and Country Club, ValkUSA rents out approximately 100 private villas and 10 apartments. All villas have screened-in pools and the apartments have a great view which overlooks the 18th hole. These accommodations are fully furnished for the maximum amount of guests allowed per villa or apartment. These rentals are individually owned and decorated to the tastes of the owner. Due to this, decorative styles of each villa/apartment may vary.

The villas are divided in several categories based on location, the number of bedrooms, size and luxury. These prices are per villa, irrespective of the number of guests.

All guests are given the free green fee package, which includes the Lakeside golf course and three surrounding courses.
