The condo has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, a Sleeper Sofa (Queen) in the living/family room, all new appliances, and all new furniture. The condo has a private balcony with private spiral stairs leading directly to a heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills that are all within a distance of 75 feet. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is almost always delightfully warm!). Absolutely first class - I know because I have stayed here with my wife and five children!
