This 2nd floor condo overlooks the tennis courts and is a short walk from the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub! Beautifully furnished and totally redone this is one of the nicest units in all of Delray! A convenient short walk to the shopping, restaurants, movies etc. in Delray. The Delray Racquet Club is a quiet community of nine five-story condominium buildings set in the midst of small ponds, swimming pools, hot tub, and 20 clay tennis courts. Located just minutes from the beach and numerous golf courses; its the home of the famous International Tennis Academy. The quaint little town of Delray Beach isnt just sun, beautiful beaches, heated pools, tennis courts, golf, warm nights and relaxation...its also about upscale dining, art galleries, Jazz Night, culture and has a special flair. But at the same time, Delray is also a friendly, relaxed seaside community with casual sidewalk cafes and restaurants, shopping and all of the comforts of home. Voted "All American City" for the second year, Delray is located between Boynton Beach and Boca Raton on Floridas Palm Coast. Only 20 minutes from West Palm Beach Airport.

Rental Location:
Just two blocks south of Linton Ave., just east of 95.

Rent Includes:
All amenities listed, local phone provided, long distance calls must be made with calling or credit card. All utilities and HOA fees included Tenant is responsible for all electrical bill charges that exceed an average of $150.00 per month.

RENTAL FEES:
Weekly Non-Prime: $1,000 (May thru November)
Weekly Prime: $1,400 per week (Dec. thru April)
6 Months +: $1,600 per month
3 to 5 Months: $1,800 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
1 to 2 Months: $2,000 per month (Except from Dec. thru April, when seasonal rates apply)
Seasonal: $3,700 (from Dec. thru April)

If you book a four month seasonal you can start on the exact day of the month you wish! All seasonal contracts must be paid in full thirty days prior to occupancy. Seasonal contracts cancelled 90 or more days in advance are entitled to 50% of their deposit back; inside of this 90 day period, the entire deposit is forfeited. Note: During non-prime season; monthly rentals can usually be extended on a weekly basis, should the extension reach an additional month, the monthly price will apply. Occasionally, seasonal rentals may also be extended by the week, depending of course upon current bookings.

Deposit:
A 25% deposit (of the entire rental amount) or $1,000; which ever is less, is required for all non-seasonal rentals to reserve a property. This is returned within 10 days of vacating the property. All seasonable deposits must be $1,000 plus a full month’s rent. A reservation can be held with a Visa or Mastercard; followed immediately by a check.
