Charming Florida water view condo rental, on the US Intra-coastal Waterway at Tahiti Cove, no. 19, located in Delray Beach. This tasteful one bedroom unit is suitable for one or two people who would enjoy a sunny holiday, a three minute walk to the Atlantic beach and the 10 minute promenade to a variety of popular sidewalk cafes, galleries, and boutiques along Atlantic Avenue and Ocean Blvd. The choice area, between the intra-coastal waterway and the ocean, offers nearby access to many golf courses, tennis, and other outdoor activities. The condo is a 10 minute drive from Interstate 95 and Amtrak Rail and only a half hour from Palm Beach International Airport. Ft. Lauderdale or Miami International airports are 1 to 1.5 hours from Delray Beach. Guests stay for a minimum of full month in season. The smoke free, apartment has a striking waterfront view, located above the swimming pool on the second floor (top level). Voted "All American City" for the second year, Delray is located between Boynton Beach and Boca Raton on Floridas Palm Coast. Only 20 minutes from West Palm Beach Airport.

Rent Includes:
All amenities listed, local phone provided, long distance calls must be made with calling or credit card. All utilities and HOA fees included Tenant is responsible for all electrical bill charges that exceed an average of $150.00 per month.

RENTAL FEES:
Weekly Non-Prime: N.A.
Weekly Prime: $1,500 per week (Dec. thru April)
3 to 5 Months: $2,000
1 to 2 Months: $2,200
Seasonal: $3,800 per month.

If you book a four month seasonal you can start on the exact day of the month you wish! All seasonal contracts must be paid in full thirty days prior to occupancy. Seasonal contracts cancelled 90 or more days in advance are entitled to 50% of their deposit back; inside of this 90 day period, the entire deposit is forfeited. Note: During non-prime season; monthly rentals can usually be extended on a weekly basis, should the extension reach an additional month, the monthly price will apply. Occasionally, seasonal rentals may also be extended by the week, depending of course upon current bookings.

Deposit:
A 25% deposit (of the entire rental amount) or $1,000; which ever is less, is required for all non-seasonal rentals to reserve a property. This is returned within 10 days of vacating the property. All seasonable deposits must be $1,000 plus a full month’s rent. A reservation can be held with a Visa or Mastercard; followed immediately by a check.
