Rates are $950 to $1250 per week. Rentals by the day are also available. Rates are higher
during events and during high season. A $250 to $350 refundable security deposit will be required. It will be refunded upon departure. A $250 to $500 reservation fee is required , the balance is payable on arrival. Rental fees are paid by personal check , credit card, or wire transfer. CANCELATION POLICY: 10 days prior to arrival/ full refund.
