Finished to an extremely high standard by professional interior designers High Grove Villa has been designed with all of your vacation requirements in mind. Our wonderful home sleeps a maximum of 8 in completely luxurious surroundings.


First Floor

Living Room

Leather furniture with plenty of space to relax, digital cable TV, DVD/Video player, CD/Tape player, Playstation 2 plus games, sliding doors leading to pool/decking area (door alarm fitted to keep your little ones safe).

Dining Room

Dining table and 6 chairs overlooking the pool/decking area. There is also an informal dining area with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob/hot plate, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans and china/cutlery and glassware, telephone and answering machine.

Downstairs Bathroom

WC and wash basin. Door leading out onto pool area (alarm fitted to keep your little ones safe).
Pool Area

26’ x 14’ pool with additional spa, fully paved deck area, fully screened to keep out insects, patio table and four chairs, 2 sunloungers, 2 recliners, 2 stools and an umbrella. Access to pool bathroom. All three sides of the pool screen have been planted with decorative and scented plants to provide privacy and colour.

Laundry Room

Contains the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Leads into the games room.

Games Room

The garage has been converted into a games room (the games equipment can be moved to one side to allow access for one car if required). Pool table, air hockey table, magnetic darts/baseball game, hopscotch mat, fan.

Front Porch

Two rocking chairs to sit and watch the sunset.


Second Floor

Master Bedroom

King size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and mirror, walk in wardrobe, cable TV/DVD, clock radio. En-suite bathroom containing oval shaped bathtub, separate shower cubicle, separate wc, his and hers wash basins, hairdryer.

Bedroom Two

Queen size bed, bedside tables, dressing tables and mirror, large wardrobe space, cable TV/DVD, clock radio. Access from room direct to 2nd bathroom which means this room can be used as en-suite.

Bedroom Three

Twin beds, bedside table, large wardrobe space, cable TV, clock radio, computer with high speed internet access. DVD’s can be watched on the computer or on the TV via the Playstation 2.

Bedroom Four

Twin beds, beside table, large wardrobe space, cable TV/DVD and clock radio.

Family Bathroom

Bathtub with shower over, wc, sink, hairdryer.




High Grove Villa is located at High Grove which is a small community consisting of 164 villas all based on a Mediterranean theme. The community is gated to provide extra security and has a clubhouse with communal pool and spa where you have the opportunity to meet other guests. The clubhouse also has free table tennis, pool table, foosball, board games, books, TV and coffee throughout the day. There is also a tot lot/play area for small children.

High Grove Villa provides everything you may need for your Florida vacation, including linens and towels. There is a professional management company to look after High Grove Villa and our guests, who are on duty 24/7 for any emergencies.
