Thank you for visiting our Disney-area "Princess Palace" vacation rental home where you'll find accommodations fit for a "Princess!" We hope that you'll "be our guest, be our guest, and put our service to the test!" You'll be thrilled with our luxury accommodations that sleep 12 people comfortably, yet still so close to the mouse with the big ears. This spacious home features not just 1 but 2 large master bedroom suites complete with their own huge private bathrooms. We've completely upgraded the bedding in all 5 bedrooms, including sumptuous 1200 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and ensemble in the main master bedroom and we've added a queen-size 1,200 thread count Daisy Fuentes designer bedding ensemble to the second master bedroom. The main master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet with ample clothes storage. Both master bedrooms feature luxurious queen-size beds.

The second master bedroom also has a daybed/crib stored in the corner all ready for your infant or toddler. It features a Sealy mattress, Sealy mattress pad, and special "Princess" sheets. It's a strong, well-made unit and should be capable of holding the most active toddler. Please note that the crib is only stored under the wall-mounted Magnavox TV/DVD/VCR combination set and should be moved prior to use simply as a precaution. Even though all wall-mounted sets are done so extra securely, it's always better to err on the side of caution. It's important to mention that all mattresses are of above-average quality to ensure a wonderful, Disney dream-filled night of rest. The bathrooms also have an ample supply of towels so that you'll have extra towels to use around the pool. To ease any concerns you might have, please also note that this home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected after each guest leaves, ensuring that it's impeccably clean upon your arrival.

We haven't forgotten the children either. Your "little princesses" can choose between our two Disney "Princess-themed" bedrooms, the first featuring two twin size beds or the other offering 1 full size bed. Both "Princess" bedrooms have special pictures, clocks, and desk lamps reflecting the "Princess" theme. For your "junior racers" we have a Disney "Cars-themed" bedroom featuring two twin size beds with the appropriate decorations that are sure to thrill any "Cars" enthusiast. All bedrooms feature extra-large closet areas and dresser drawers for ample storage of clothing.

Furthermore, we recently installed brand-new Magnavox 24" combination TV/DVD/VCR sets into each and every bedroom. They've been securely mounted off the floor on special wall-mount stands that keep them out of everyone's way. Putting these sets into all the bedrooms allows each guest to watch whatever program they desire, or they can simply visit the brand-new Wal-Mart Super Center just a mile away and pick up the latest movie release. All of the Magnavox units also feature front-mounted AV jacks that allow for easy video game hook-up.

Even more recently, we installed a brand-new wide screen Vizio 52" LCD HDTV in the living room for your viewing enjoyment when relaxing as a family. The super-bright crystal clear picture is beyond description. We also added a combination DVD/VCR unit for your use at the same time. After I installed this beautiful new set, I didn't want to leave the living room! You could easily spend hours watching your favorite sporting event or your favorite program on this fantastic wide-screen LCD HDTV set.

You'll also be pleased to know that we had High-Speed Wireless Internet service installed in our fine vacation rental home. If you need to keep up with your email or surf the net, simply bring your laptop. We also just changed our phone service provider so you'll now be able to call anywhere in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada for free from the home phone. Additional options include 2 portable playpens, a high chair, and 2 baby strollers if needed (no additional rental fees). Just added was a Graco running stroller so that you can enjoy some exercise and your child at the same time. Along with that comes a Graco car seat that adapts to the running stroller so that you can bring your infant along if you decide to go for a run.

Furthermore, your children will find numerous board games to keep themselves occupied during their relaxation times. One final note: the large-capacity washer and dryer on-site allow you to wash your clothes anytime, without coins. Just think-you won't have to return home with a mountain of clothes to wash.

One of our newest additions is a fully-equipped game room. We now offer, for your enjoyment, your choice of game tables which include a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. Please feel free to enjoy any or all of these amenities while staying at the "Princess Palace."

The kitchen in our beautiful Disney-themed vacation rental home is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a small table with 4 chairs, recently-replaced dishwasher, garbage disposer, microwave, electric range, and a large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. All the kitchen amenities that you will need are also there including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, full set of pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, etc. Of course, all necessary linens for the home are provided. There is also a dining room table with 6 chairs to accommodate larger groups.

The 15' x 30' optionally-heated swimming pool is inviting and is sure to please the entire family. Pool heating is an extra $150/week, or portion of a week, plus taxes. There's nothing like coming home to soak in a warm pool after chasing the kids around one of the local theme parks all day! Pool heating is activated between October 1 and March 31, but some may also want to consider pool heat as early as September 1 and as late as April 30, depending on seasonal weather fluctuations. One final note: all pool access doors are "alarmed" as a safety precaution for the protection of your children.

As for the business end, we do require a $500 booking (or reservation) fee. This fee is part of the entire rent, not "in addition" to the rent. Some people are confused by this and think that we charge an extra $500. This is not true. Like most vacation rental home owners, we require this fee when reserving our vacation rental home. Then, at least 30 days prior to your arrival, we require the balance of your rent, minus the booking fee previously paid, plus a $250 security deposit. If your reservation is "last-minute", then we require the full amount of the rent within 24 hours. Sales tax of 7% & lodging tax of 4% will be added to all rental amounts. Please be aware that there is also an $85 cleaning fee, plus taxes, for all stays less than 7 nights in duration. We pay the cleaning fee for all stays of 7 nights or longer. Your security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure assuming no damage to the home or contents. You may pay the security deposit with a seperate personal check, a cashier's check, or simply add it into your final rent payment.

Our rental periods start with check-in on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 PM and extends to the following Saturday morning with check-out at 10:00 AM; however, we will make exceptions to this policy whenever possible. The booking fee and rent can be paid via PayPal using your debit or credit card, but a 4% convenience fee will be assessed. All renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent the "Princess Palace". There is a strict no-smoking policy in the home and pets are not permitted on the property. Owners reserve the right to refuse reservations to anyone for any reason.

After your reservation has been confirmed an electronic code will be emailed to you. With that code you'll have access to the home, via the electronic lock on the front door, for the duration of your stay.

Pricing varies by the season. We have "low season" weeks, "mid season" weeks, and "high season" weeks (also called "holiday season" weeks). They are priced accordingly. Due to the sluggish economy we've lowered all of our prices and we now believe that we have the best 5 bedroom, 3 bath, heated-pool vacation rental home for the money in the entire Walt Disney area.
