Coffe/Tea, High Definition Digital Cable, High Speed Broad Band Internet, Telephone (local calls), CLEANING SERVICE and fresh towels every 2 days and fresh linens every 5 days.

DESPOSITS:
$200.00 Damage deposit required which will be fully refunded after Inspection of apartment if no damage or theft occurs. 20% Deposit to book apartment should be made via Paypal and full payment due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations are confirmed when Rental Agreement is signed and deposit is received. Reservation is on a First Come/First Serve basis. **Cancellation Policy: If Cancelled 14 Days Or More Prior To Arrival Date, Full Refund Will Be Reimbursed Minus Paypal fee.

CANCELATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will forfeit full payment. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
