Nice home Lausanne, Switzerland, groundfloor in a beautiful 1900-building, quiet and sunny, high ceiling, with a nice private garden and a view on the lake from bedroom 1, big living room and dining room, winter garden. Apartment has all modern amenities including dishwasher, a collective washer/dryer in the basement, huge library with many english books, HDtv +dvd player, with extensive collection of films, wireless and cable high speed internet, the garden is equipped with computer-controlled watering system.
Perfect weekly maid service included if wanted (3 hours).
Private parking lot (outdoor).

About Vacation Rentals Owners/Managers :

I'm a friendly, responsible and respectful man, single, 1 son aged 20. I'm in my early fourties and I have travelled the world extensively for holidays and as as an academic. I an full time professor in political sociology at the University of Lausanne. Since I will be on leave next year for six months (September- February 2009-20010), and will spend that research time in New York writing a new book, I am looking to sublet or to exchange my apartment.
