A newly built first floor apartment (2006), included in the apartment is a Lounge, a Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and a Utility Room. There is also a large Balcony with views over the public Park.

Air-Conditioning has been installed in all rooms. Also with the apartment is Satellite T.V., DVD Player, Hi-Fi, fully fitted kitchen and Private Parking if needed.

It is only a 15 minute walk from the Blue Flag Standard beach, and a 10 minute walk from the local Bars/Shops/Restaurants.
Further afield there is a water park, golf courses, water sports, etc.

Ideal for the family holiday. Guardamar is situated only five miles from Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, and is only 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia Airports.

There are two seasons operating, Low and High. Low season is from 15th October till 15th April (inclusive). High season runs from 16th April until 14th October.

High season rates also apply for Xmas/New Year bookings From 23rd December to 5th January and Easter Week.
For bookings with smaller parties,eg 2 or 3 people a discount may be applied.

Luna Azul apartment is a 15 minute walk to the sandy beach of Guardamar and a further 10 minute walk along the beach to Guardamar town. This walk will take you through a protected forest of aloea vera trees and various cacti.

In summer in Guardamar there is a night market for some wonderful items and knic knaks. Also a funfair and a large park for the children and numerous bars, cafes and British pubs for your entertainment.

Nearer to Luna Azul apartment is a supermarket with a bar 5 minutes away and a further 5 minute walk will bring you to a selection of restaurants which should cater for all tastes.

For anyone who is into golf there are a wide selection of different courses all only a short drive away.
