Apartment with sea views in Deba, Spain, Basque country, near the beach , Donostia - San Sebastian and Bilbao.
Ideally situated for visiting the Basque Country. A half hour drive from Donostia - San Sebastian and Bilbao, and one hour from Vitoria-Gasteiz, Biarritz and Pamplona. A 5 minute walk from downtown, shops and bus and train station and 10 minutes walk from pleasant walk to the beach, in quiet area. Rent for weeks, weekends, bridges ... Fully equipped to five adults comfortably installed, and with optional extra beds for up to two adults or three children. All exterior overlooking the countryside, the marsh (wetland bird observatory) and the sea. Optional garage.

In high season and Extra only rented for weeks and rental periods are usually Sunday to Sunday. Ask for entering other days (Friday-Saturday).

The entry into the apartment will be between 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm and departure should be between 8.30 am and 11.30 am

To book ought to make a deposit of 50% of the rent in an account number that you provide.

The remaining bonds and € 150 (weekend) - 300 € (week) (For possible damages) and 60 € (for cleaning) will be paid the day you arrive to the apartment.
The securities deposited, the last day will be paid once reviewed the functioning of all appliances and the perfect state of their own furniture and housing, whether there is any damage is reduced by the cost of repair and return the of the bond accordingly. As for cleaning, we proceed in the same way.

The house is equipped with dishes, utensils and cutlery enough for 8 people and all the kitchen utensils (pots, pans, pots ...). Also find, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The price includes sheets for the three beds (one for each room), and 3 towels and shower basin 5, and 2 bath mats.

Also included: Blankets for all beds, paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (4 rolls), soap (base amount) for shower, washing machine and dishwasher, tea towels, rags, dust cloths ... .
Possibility of rent r more sheets (for extra beds, or bedding replacement) and more towels (good shower, sink or beach) with prior notice.
