The apartment block is home to its own Gym, Pool and coffee shop, but if you seek a wider variety of activities, the Virgin Active Gym, tennis courts and a golf driving range are just 5 minutes walk from the front door. The apartment offers a wonderful home entertainment system, including a plasma screen with DSTV and Wi-Fi internet access. A secure enclosed parking bay is allocated to this apartment and security is a prime feature of the building.

Bedrooms
Two of the bedrooms offer spectacular sea views. The main bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed. The en-suite bathroom hosts a shower and bath with a louvered window that opens into the main bedroom allowing for a sea view while you shower. The second guest room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom is available offering a double bed (can alternate with single two beds), the third bathroom is not en suite but adjacent to the bedroom. Bedrooms have hairdryers, international adaptors, towels, bathrobes, toiletries and slippers for your convenience. Decor is done in muted colours to ensure a calm and restful ambiance.

Lounge/Dining room
Glass sliding doors lead to a patio with a splash pool. From the patio and lounge one can see Robben Island. Needless to say, the sea views from this apartment are superb. Two plush couches and a six-seated wooden dining room table are accented by cream, turquoise and brown decor.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen is available with built-in oven and hobb, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine as well as a microwave oven, cutlery crockery, etc.

Housekeeping is included 3 times per week, daily housekeeping can be arranged.
