- The payment of the reservation (30%) must be made by bank transfer (we supply the details under request and afther email confirmation).Please be sure that all the expenses concerning the international transfer are supported by you.
- When you arrive you must leave a deposit of 150 Euros, which the owner will keep until the keys are returned to him, and if the apartment doesn´t show any damages.
- The payment must be made in cash and beforehand, when the keys are handedover.
- Rental period is one week. Rentals for periods less than a week (min. 3 days) are available on request.
- A monthly rate is negotiable in the winter months from November to February.
- Bed linens, towels and house cleaning provided on arrival and changed on a weekly basis.
- The persons who occupy the apartment must hand over a copy of their identity card.
- Domestic animals are not allowed.
- Deposits are not refundable.
