located on rural property, private and elevated for great views. Close to all activities in the Nelson Region, possible use of car. House is 9 years old, timber floors and lots of sun & views. Spa bath, 2 showers , 2 toilets and all modern cons. including sky tv.
With 4 spacious bedrooms it could sleep anything up to 10 people. Three bedrooms are downstairs and one large bedroom upstairs - this has a double bed and a single. The main bedroom has a king bed, deck and walkin wardrobe. The deer farm is 100 acres and would be looked after. There is a second dwelling on the property which is a renovated hopbarn 90m2 which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We are looking a wanting to travel to France, Italy or England at any time of year. |
