The restaurated farmhouse with three comfortable apartments is situated on the slope of a hill at about 3 miles/5 km from Pomarance at the end of a well-maintained road in a quiet and peaceful area with panoramic views on the old part of Pomarance and Volterra.

The 150 acres/50 hectares large farm produces biological products e.g. cereals, wine and olive oil, certified by the "Suolo e Salute" Association. Furthermore there are vegetables and fruittrees.

In the direct neighbourhood there are forests and wonderful landscapes, ancient buildings and ruins. Many possibilities to make walking tours. At half an hour's walk from the house you can find natural landscapes such as the "Masso delle Fanciulle" and a branch of the Cecina river where there is the possibility of bathing and swimming.
