It's a typical old villa, completely restored. It is a three-storey house (about 340 mq. in total). The first floor includes a large entrance hall and two huge open spaces on the right and left sides. On the left you find a largest sunny room with two sitting areas and a living area with Sat TV, CD player, finest paintings and also bas-relief on the walls and a fireplace. On the right side, there is the dining room with a huge fireplace, the large kitchen area with dishwasher and all other domestic appliances. Both sides open through two balconies to a magnificent covered terrace, 130 square meters large, over the garden and the splendid view. The second floor includes the Imperial Suite (a bedroom with fireplace!), the De Niro Suite as well as a pink bathroom with marbles, tub, shower and all comfort. The third floor features a large sunny bedroom; thanks to its four windows, guests staying here can enjoy the beautiful view of the two lakes in only one quick glance! Also on this floor are a bathroom (with shower), the wash machine and a terrace with solarium. The Villa has delicate, distinguished furnishings with 1960s designed furniture, hard to find in our days; it is equipped with all the best conveniences such as dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite-TV and telephone. Heating in every room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
