The house is semi-detached with three bedrooms situated within a 5 minute walk of the centre of town. On the ground floor there is a living room 26 m², room a fitted kitchen 10m² toilet, and a garage of 14 m², On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms of 9 m², one of which has a small balcony. The garden is 300 m² with a barbque area.


The town is within a 45 minute drive of Carcassone Airport and medieval town and other airports such as Perpignon, Toulouse, Gerona (Spain) are within a two and a half hour drive. A little over an hours drive away from the Mediterranean coast and its beaches. Amenities you might expect of a much larger town i.e. shops restaurants, bars, swimming pool and cinema. The Aude river runs through the town mean many adventure activities are accessible either in the town or within a very short distance
