A beautiful, restored, village farmhouse located amongst the vineyards of the Haute Cotes de Beaune in Burgundy, France.
The house is in the unspoilt and quiet village of Orches which is perched on a hilltop on the edge of the Burgundy vineyards and has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, including, on a clear day, Mont Blanc. The village is 15 minutes from Beaune and surrounded by beautiful countryside and historic villages

Rental Conditions : Prices include heating, gas and electricity but not telephone. A 25% cancellation deposit is required to confirm a reservation. In addition, the full payment (100% of above rates) is due 6 weeks before arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks from the lease date. Telephone charges (charged at normal rate) and damages, if any, will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned within 6 weeks.
