Villa Casita*** is a lovely provencal villa of 130 square meters (classified 3 stars by tourist office) surrounded by a mediterranean garden (250 square meters), in a residential area in Juan les Pins, at 10 minutes walk from the sandy beaches and shopping facilities.

The villa is fully equiped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, an american kitchen fully equiped, a second kitchen fully equiped at the first floor, 2 dining areas one lounge, 2 TV, DVD and VCR player, 300 videos, one baby bed.
There is air conditioning at the first floor.

Private garage in the villa and one parking space outside.

In the garden, below the trees (palm, orange, mandarin, olive), there is a small summer kitchen with barbecue and garden furniture for enjoying outside life.
