Schooner Cottage is a cosy, newly renovated, 800 sq. foot, home in Magic Lake Estates on beautiful North Pender Island. This very private, two bedroom, country cottage is nestled on a half acre surrounded by old growth, cedar and fir forest.

There are many different activities within walking distance. Danny Martin Park is less than a five minute walk away and around the corner from the park is tranquil Magic Lake. Play on our world class frisbee disk park just a short stroll away or explore our many hiking trails near by and throughout Pender Islands. A & T general store and Medicine Beach Wetland Sanctuary are also within walking distance. You can afford to stay for a week and enjoy all that Pender has to offer.

Bedrooms: 2

$550.00 per week (based on Sunday to Sunday rental)

*$400.00 per week off season rate*

$95.00 a night (for weekend rental, based on minumum two night stay)

*All rates apply to 2 adults and 2 children (16 and under).
Weekly or monthly only June through September*

Each extra adult $10 per day and each extra child $5 per day.
$20 per week for pets.

*$100.00 security deposit required / cheque only*
