We are located in the very nice part of New Westminster on a quiet street, one block from transportation and close to all amenities (shops, library, banks, restaurants, recreational center, park, schools, movie theatre…).

WE OFFER SIX KINDS OF ACCOMMODATION:

• Unfurnished room rental
- $450-500/month
- for 3 months minimum lease
- (less than 3 months - negotiable)

• Furnished room rental
- $500-550/month
- for 3 month minimum lease
- (less than 3 months - negotiable)

• Bed & breakfast
- $550-650/month or $25-30/day
- 2 day minimum stay required

• Homestay (3 meals)
- $700-850/month or $30-35/day
- 7 day minimum stay required

• Unfurnished apartment rental
- $800-1000/month
- for 3 months minimum lease
- (less than 3 months - negotiable)

• Furnished apartment rental
- $900-1100/month
- for 3 month minimum lease
- (less than 3 months - negotiable)

All rentals include heat, hot water, electricity, full 60 TV channels cable access, use of the bathroom and kitchen facilities. Laundry facilities available ($1 washer, $1 dryer). ADSL internet access available $15/month.

Amenities:
30 minutes to downtown Vancouver, 30 minutes to the airport or the ferry. 30 minutes to US border. Pick up from the airport is available - $30.

Payment Methods Accepted:
Cash, Certified cheque, Money order, Bank draft.

2nd PERSON SHARING THE SAME ROOM pays additional 30%.

Deposits:
Shorter than a month stay: 30% of the price for the entire stay
Month long or longer stay: 50% of the price for one month stay

Cancellation & Return Policy:
15 days advance cancellation required for 50% deposit refund.
Deposit is fully refundable at the end of the stay providing the room and furniture are left the way you found them when you arrived - undamaged and clean.

Smoking is not allowed inside our buildings.
