Totally renewed, in the heart of Copacabana, 500 meters from the main beach, 80 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen fully equipped, 1 main bath room, 1 guest bath room, 1 dinning room. Maximum capacity: 5 people. Cleaning Service free.

Inner Settings TV, DVD, HI-FI, Main bedroom with 1 double bed, 2nd room with 2 beds (1 single bed and 1 bed where 2 can sleep), fully equipped Kitchen, 2 air conditionings, 2 ventilators, bedlinens and towels.

Location The apartment is located in a very lively and save area of Copacabana, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries, groceries, supermarkets and shops opened till late in the evening, buses, metro, taxis available around the clock. The metro takes you directly to the historic center of Rio de Janeiro. 500 meters from the beach.

Security Deposit: Not required.

Cleaning Fee cleaning services are free of charge and the frequency will be between 2 or 3 days. It includes cleaning the bathrooms, mopping the floors and washings the dishes. This does not include changing the towels and bed linens. If you wish to change towels and/or bed linens, please talk to Mrs. Marluce. She will be more than happy to do this, however this costs 10 us dollars every time you request the washing service.

Additionals: If you need to get your clothes ironing and washing, please ask Mrs Marina to do so. In this case you will need to arrange the fee directly with her.

Payment: We will be asking you to pay 50% of the total rent to secure the reservation by bank transfer or by paypal. I strongly recommend to use paypal as it is cheaper than a bank transfer, it is transparent and save. However, if you decide to use bank transfer, I will be sending you my bank details. The rest of the 50% should be paid before entering the apartment.
