The apartment is in a privileged zone, in the wooded Avenue Pedro Goyena in Caballito.
Furthermore, the area has a very important comercial center, we can mention the new Village Cinema and the traditional Caballito Mall.
From Emilio Mitre Street, two blocks from the apartment, a street car starts its tourist route around the neighbourhood. An unforgettable historic tour.
Five blocks from the apartment, in Puan Street, you will find the Literature and Philosophy College of the University of Buenos Aires, where you can study History, Literature, Philosophy, Antropology, Arts, among other course of studies.
QUICK ACCESS TO TOURIST SITES:
Five blocks from the apartment you can find Primera Junta, where the line A of the Metro starts its route until Plaza de Mayo. Furthermore, from a close station you can do combination to the lines C, D and E (which means you can go fast to Constitución, Retiro, Catedral, Belgrano, Recoleta, Palermo, San Telmo, Casa de Gobierno, Puerto Madero, Florida, 9 de Julio, Abasto, among other options)
The quantity of buses you can take, close from the apartment, is practically uncountable: two blocks from there is Directorio Avenue; five blocks, Rivadavia; three blocks, Mitre; five blocks, Acoyte; two block, Juan Bautista Alberdi.
