Pool overlooking intracoastal and yacht dock with brand new built-in grills, gym, billards room with pingpong, washer/dryer. 5 mins. from restaurants and entertainment (Mizner Park). 1st floor with patio, secured building, private doorman and guard gate for security. Includes all fresh linens, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, full kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, etc. Just bring a suitcase and toothbrush.
