Location: Central Suburban. Surrounded by urban areas to the east and rural farm land to the west. More of the same north and South. Fast and easy access to major roads.
Our home is in the typical for Florida residential community, on the golf course, with gated entrance. Amenities are: swimming pool, spa, exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, cafe & bar are all by the golf club house in the same place about half a mile(less than a km.) from the house; open 8AM-8PM, and shared by other residents (neighbors). There is also a large nature preserve for hiking/picnic nearby.

There is no public transportation and it is too hot to walk even to the pool. We have two bicycles for you to use. The Car is really a must.
Very Quiet area.
Single level -no stairs.
Separate Bath.
Whole house cooling. Central A/C.
HDTVs with CD/ DVD players in the family room and in bedroom.
Internet access via wireless home network. Local Phone.
Memory foam mattress on the Q size bed.
Screened back porch- outdoor room. Smoking is ok outdoors.
BBQ Grill outside in the garden.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Housekeeper comes every 3rd week, and is available on demand.
Home food delivery is available from local restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped, of course.

About Homestay Owners/Managers :

We are family of two: “The sea gentleman and the land lady”. Roland is a sailor and Lana is a real estate broker. We are semi-retired, so we are available any time and open to offers. We do not have children, never smoke indoors (sensitive to that), clean and tidy. This house is our primary home. We do have 20 lb. dog Artur. He lives in the house, but is not allowed in bedrooms.
