The Rocky Mountains offer endless outdoor activities. Our spacious, well furnished and beautiful family home provides the perfect place to come and stay to take advantage of what the Pagosa Springs area has to offer.
A comfortable "great room" with full, well organized kitchen at one end has spectacular views of the San Juan Mountains 30 miles away. Town is 3 miles away, a nice walk in summer or winter.
We can provide broadband, and cable TV.
Two spacious bedrooms, one queen, one double. Master downstairs with attached bath. Second bedroom upstairs.
The house is surrounded by tall pines and oak, it is private and not close to other houses. Double garage, private drive.
