Dear Miss ,
I would like to invite you in my home for homestay.
I live with my husband in Paju city.
I am a certified host for homestay since 1992.
My apartment is closed to subway station and bus stop, 5 min by foot.
It takes 25 min to get to down town from my apartment.
You can feel at home in my home.
The fee for homestay will be 35USD/night with breakfast.
Monthly base, the fee for homestay will be 650USD/month.
The room rate includes : breakfast, laundry service, room cleaning, internet access.
Pick-up service from the airport can be done with extra charge(65USD/one way).
