The home of Gikku George, a panchakarma therapist (ayurvedic male nurse) his wife, mother and their two children, the house is situated by the side of Kottayam- Kumarakom road . Easy to reach international national airports. Railways situated nearby.
Kottayam - The Land
In Kottayam you could go boat cruising on the beautiful backwaters of Vembanad Lake, or just go watch the birds at the sanctuary situated at Kumarakom, or maybe even go on a trip to the High Ranges. And when you feel tired of all the exercise there is always the ayurvedic massage, which will make you experience sheer bliss

Located 2 kms from Kottayam, it is by the side of Kottayam - Kumarakom road. Cochin international airport is just 2 hours away and the Kottayam railway station is nearby.

Pilgrim centers

Siva temple thalikkotta (1 km from Solomon's home stay): the place of worship of the erstwhile Thekkumkoor royal family.
St. Mary's church, Cheriapalli (1 km from Solomon's homestay) built in 1579 by the Thekkumkoor Maharajah, this church displays outstanding architecture which is a blend of Kerala and Portuguese styles. The walls are adorned with beautiful murals made in oriental and western styles on biblical and non biblical themes.
Thazhathangadi Valiapalli (1 km from Solomon's home stay) built in 1550 AD, this church belongs to the Knanaya Orthodox Syrian community. The person cross, believed to be one of the seven brought here by St Thomas, and the pahlavi inscriptions of this church are famous.
Jama Masjid, Thazhathangadi (1.5 km from Solomon's home stay): this ancient mosque on the banks of the river Meenachil is believed to be 1000 years old. It is one of the oldest in India
Thirunakkara mahadevar temple (1.5 km from Solomon's home stay) in the heart of kottayam town is this 500 year old temple built by the Thekkumkoor Maharajah.this temple built in the Kerala style of architecture has colourful murals on its walls which are worth exploring.the koothambalam,the special building in the temple premises used for cultural purposes, is one of the best in kerala.
Dharamasastha temple, Pakkil (5 km from Solomon's home stay): this is one of the eight temples established by Parasurama, the legendary founder of kerala.
Mahadever temple, Ettumanoor (14 km north of Solomon's home stay) this temple is famous for its murals, especially the painting of Maharaja in the gopuram and ezharaponana (the 7.5 elephants finished in gold) .
