We only accommodate two students at a time. Each room has its own separate private bathroom. Walking distance to all amenities such as library, shop, grocery, bank, and restaurant. Easy access to public transit. It takes 5 min. walk to Bus Stop and and 5 min. ride to catch Canada Line at Oakridge Station and 15 min. ride to downtown Vancouver. It takes 15 min. walk to Langara College and 30 - 40 min. ride to UBC.We prefer student who is non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs, quiet and tidy.

Max. Number of Guests: 2 Bedrooms: 4 Bathrooms: 3.0

Homestay fee is 750 - 800/month depending on the size of the room, including three meals, wireless internet connection and laundry. Daily rate is $28 per day.
