We have a clean recently renovate home with 2 large bedrooms just for homestay. There is one full bathroom that is used only by the homestay clients. We can provide 3 meals a day and parking. We have a huge dining room for fun interactive family meals, a full time chinese chef (but I also bar b q a lot!) so the meals can be as varied as you can imagine. Also have a huge family room to watch TV and a private back yard the size of a small park! We just had central airconditioning installed to keep the house cool in summer.
