Beautiful, newly-built townhome conveniently located in 104Ave(a major bus route), less than 10minutes to Surrey Central Skytrain station and Simon Fraser University which is located inside Central City Mall. Within walking distance to Guildford Mall and other shopping areas, movie theatres and parks. Bus stops are right in the vicinity.
We are a warm friendly couple offering our home to HomeStay foreign students who are in need of a comfortable place to stay while in Vancouver, BC. Our home is in a safe, clean and quiet neighbourhood. The successful candidate will get her own private bedroom complete with brandnew furnitures like bed, computer desk, bookcase, lamp, etc., and will be sharing the bathroom with one other guest. We will provide 3meals a day, including packed lunch when needed. We are excited to welcome you into our home. Hope to hear from you soon! |
