Hi,

My place is in a nice and safe area, 2 min from subway and 10 min from down town.
A park is 1 block from my place and you have restaurant and stores in the area.
I don't have pet, Very quiet and friendly place. Everything included (high speed internet, washer & dryer, cable..), the room is fully furnished, you need just to bring your clothes.
