Room is furnished with TV, it is adjacent to bathroom shared with only son in the house hence, male guest is preferred. Location is Canada's safest city, house is located in northwest, near the uppity Heartland Centre with outlet shopping, restaurants, close to swimming pool, fitness and sports facilities; church, river/park, mall, theatres and more. Guest can join family activities and other local trips can be arranged.
