There is also a golf driving range or you can walk around the Lake with the swans. The beach, shops and restaurants are just a short walk in the other direction. All this and you are minutes away from the City centre and St Kilda by tram near the front door.
The apartment has 4 balconies 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped. Includes wireless internet. All bedrooms have large TV's on wall and there is a giant 60” TV in lounge room. I normally reside in apartment and let 1 bedroom for short term holiday accommodation. The whole apartment may be available by negotiation. It is also available for home swap. The rates shown are for the room in homestay. |
