Enjoy the vaulted ceiling in dining room and living room; there is a separate family room adjacent to the kitchen and one bedroom (double bed) with adjoining bath. Desktop internet computer is in the family room; wireless internet available throughout the house if you bring your laptop computer.

UPSTAIRS: Deluxe master bedroom suite (queen bed) with valuted ceiling; ensuite bathroom with shower, oval bath tub, separate w/c. Two additional bedrooms (single bed and double loft bed) sharing a large bathroom featuring two sinks, separate w/c and a bath/shower combination.

MORE: The house measures about 2100 square feet (195 square meters). Private fenced back yard with room for children to play on the lawn, propane gas barbeque grill, and comfortable outdoor seating with umbrella-shaded table. Within walking distance is a private homeowners' swimming pool with hot tub (open May - October) and tennis courts (open year-round) reserved for homeowners. The house has newly updated central heating and air conditioning, which is needed only occasionally in this temperate climate. Our neighbors are generally quiet and friendly.

NEARBY: The Pacific Ocean is about 45 minutes west; San Francisco is about 1 hour south; Napa Valley wine country is about 30 minutes east; dozens of famous local wineries and restaurants are within a few miles. Possibility of second home available in Sunnyvale, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley about 1 hour south of San Francisco, adjacent to San Jose. This is my mother's home, and would be available if she were to travel with us. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with newly remodeled kitchen, family room, bathrooms, and in-ground swimming pool in the back yard. Sleeps 5 in existing beds; air mattress or futons could be made available.
