Ours is a 4 BR home 1/2 mile from Sandy Neck Beach and 1/4 mile from a state park with acres of sand dunes. We are 7 miles from Hyannis, the largest "city" on the Cape. There are many restaurants, theatres, museums within an easy drive. The house sits on 1 very secluded acre. It has a sunroom, screened porch, study, and wrap-around deck.
