It's humble, but it's all we can afford on my teacher's salary.

It's a two-bedroom apartment 12 blocks from the Capital. It's in the Eastern Market/Barracks Row neighborhood, which recently won an award as the best neighborhood in the US. It's walkable to two metro stops, innumerable restaurants, bars, etc.

It has a nice backyard it shares with 3 other apartments. It's available almost anytime, except around finals.

Language of communication: I speak English. My wife speaks Spanish, Kashmiri, French, bits of a few other languages, and English.

Max. Number of Guests: 4 Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 1.0

Pricing? We want to swap homes. We'd like to go somewhere sunny and warm and quiet, with a beach.
